1. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to me. Below, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, I inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data in my online shop.

3. Hosting & Shop System (Shopify)

My online shop is operated by Shopify Inc. , 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Canada. Shopify processes personal data on my behalf.
 Shopify may transfer data to third countries (especially Canada and the USA). Canada has an adequacy decision from the EU Commission.

4. Order processing & print-on-demand (Printful)

I use Printful Inc. , Riga, Latvia / USA for the production and shipping of the ordered goods .
 Only the data necessary for fulfilling the contract (name, address, product data) will be transmitted to Printful.

5. Payment service providers

Depending on the chosen payment method, data processing is carried out by:

  • PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à rl)

  • Klarna Bank AB

  • Credit card providers

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

The payment data is processed directly by the respective provider.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Shopify uses technically necessary cookies to ensure the shop functions correctly. Tracking only occurs if you have given your consent.

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for contract processing and fulfillment of legal obligations.
